In this particular instance, AIMS is looking for solutions that would enable the efficient scaling up of Food and Drink manufacturers. More specifically, AIMS is looking for a small scale demonstration line, to showcase the best automation that demonstrate the following processes; Depalletizing containers (jars, bottles, boxes, packets, etc) Conveyors and material handling systems Filling - filling machine not required, but ability to demonstrate how this would be integrated into the system Labelling and scanning (RFIS / Barcode) Applying lids and caps Palletising the goods ready for shipping. Furthermore, AIMs currently has Universal Robotics UR5e and UR10e COBOTs, it may be advantageous that one or more are integrated into this system, but not essential, other solutions would be considered. This is a demonstration line, and not intended for food and drink production, but rather a flexible showcase set up to inspire small and medium food and drink production enterprises to scale up their business.
