Notice Description

The purpose of this procurement exercise is to select external auditors, for Clyde Valley Group, Clyde Valley Housing Association, its subsidiary company Clyde Valley Property Services Limited and its associate company Innov8 Housing Solutions Limited, for a minimum period of three (3) years with the option to extend for a further 2 years on a 1+1 basis for a maximum of 5 years. The contract with the selected auditors shall be renewable on an annual basis, at the sole discretion of the Association and subject to satisfactory review.

4.1. The primary role of the external auditors of the Association is to report on the financial statements of the Association, its subsidiary company Clyde Valley Property Services Limited and its associate company Innov8 Housing Solutions Limited, for a minimum period of 3 years with the option to extend further 2 years on a 1+1basis for a maximum of 5 years, carrying out whatever examination of the statements and underlying records and control systems is necessary to form their opinion of the statements. The Association has a year end of 31 March. A copy of the most recent Statutory Accounts is provided in appendix A for Clyde Valley Group, Clyde Valley Property Services and Innov8 Housing Solutions.
