Consultants to undertake benchmarking of roles within Crown Estate Scotland (CES) with other comparable organisations
Notice Description
Crown Estate Scotland is seeking to appoint Consultants to develop and undertake salary benchmarking for roles within Crown Estate Scotland. As we develop our longer term Pay strategy, we are seeking up to date benchmarking information to understand how our pay compares to the relevant employment markets. Consultants will be required to develop a benchmarking approach suitable to cover the range of specialisms within our organisation. For the purposes of this benchmarking exercise, we are looking at pay and reward, including reward benefits such as bonus, pension, leave and other benefits.
Lot Information
Lot 1
The following stages will be required: Develop and Agree Approach to benchmarking with CES Conduct benchmarking on behalf of CES Draft Report Final Report and Presentation Work to be carried out during November and December. Completion by end December / start January to be mutually agreed with successful provider.
Options: For any ongoing or annual costs for access to relevant indices or market information these should be provided for 3 years following completion of the project as an optional cost.
