Notice Description
The works comprise the construction of a 20 houses on one or more sites on Contractor's land. Contractor with land in Kirkwall, Stromness, Finstown and St Mary's will be invited to tender for up to 10 lots of 2 houses, on one or more sites. Works will include obtaining approval from all required statutory bodies (including but not limited to local authority planning and building standards), site works, roads, and infrastructure, construction and services required to full service the properties.

"description": "The Award Criteria, as per Section II.2.5 of the Contract Notice, relates to the Invitation to Tender (ITT) stage of this open procedure procurement. Tenderers should complete the SPD (Scotland) document contained within the SPD Module attached to this notice. Appendix A is also attached to this Contract Notice to provide further guidance on how to complete the SPD. The Council reserves the right to cancel the procurement at any stage and not award a Contract.
