Summary of the contracting process

The Scottish Government awarded a contract for the provision of 'Developing Diverse Leaders' (DDL) for disabled and Minority Ethnic (ME) colleagues. The procurement process was initiated as a tender and the contract was awarded directly without competition. The contract falls under the services category and has a tender period from October 31, 2022, to December 31, 2022. The buying organisation, Scottish Government, based in Edinburgh, is providing a bespoke development offer to enhance leadership diversity.

This tender offers an opportunity for businesses involved in management training services to compete for a contract awarded by the Scottish Government. Businesses catering to leadership development programmes aimed at disabled and ME individuals are well-suited to participate. The contract, active since October 24, 2022, presents a chance for suppliers like Madhu Malhotra to contribute to building a more diverse leadership within the public sector, particularly in Scotland.
