Award of DDL for ME Leaders
Notice Description
In line with commitments in our Recruitment and Retention Action Plan for Disabled People to build more diverse leadership, 'Developing Diverse Leaders', a bespoke development offer for disabled and Minority Ethnic (ME) colleagues at B3 and C1, has launched.The 12-month programme aims to strengthen leadership diversity in the Scottish Government and will run as a pilot, offering up to 30 places per programme (separate programmes for Disabled and ME) in the first intake.It is open to colleagues:* at a substantive B3 or C1 grade* in core Scottish Government (DGs and core agencies)* who identify as ME or disabled (Equality Act 2010 definition of disability)* who have the desire to progress into more senior leadership rolesTo create an electronic response go to the following link https://www.publiccontractsscotland.gov.uk/supplier/postbox/ResponseWorkspace.aspxThe buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
