Notice Description

Argyll and Bute Council is looking to appoint contractors for the Structures Framework to be used by Infrastructure Design. The framework is to meet the the Council's requirements (to supplement the Council's internal resource) if and when required. As defined in the works package for each call off based on the existing lots: - Lot 1 - Civil Works; - Lot 2 - Tree and Vegetation Clearence; - Lot 3 - Metalwork; - Lot 4 - Confined Spaces. The above lots are also split into geographical sub-lots: East, North, South.

Lot Information

Lot 1 Civil Works, Area I East

As per Civil Works BoQ

Renewal: The Contract may be extended for up to 2 subsequent 1 year periods at the option of Argyll and Bute Council, subject to satisfactory performance of the contract and product discussions with the successful Tenderer(s).

Lot 2 Civil Works, Area II North

As per Civil Works BoQ

Renewal: The Contract may be extended for up to 2 subsequent 1 year periods at the option of Argyll and Bute Council, subject to satisfactory performance of the contract and product discussions with the successful Tenderer(s).

Lot 3 Civil Works, Area III South
