The work will specifically include: - Technical resolution to helpdesk queries - Instrumentation and monitoring of the service to ensure it is operational - Fault resolution and disaster recovery - Management of the product hosting and capacity management on NES's Azure cloud infrastructure - Resolving data issues, often by applying direct updates to the database - Periodic batch data updates e.g. to retire job profiles that are no longer required en masse. - This service is expected to be provided during weekday business hours to be agreed between NES and the supplier
