Lot Information

Lot 1

East Ayrshire Council will shortly be inviting tenders from health and safety training service providers for inclusion in the Council's Health and Safety training courses framework. It is the intention of the Council that this tendering exercise shall result in a Framework Agreement with 3 Service Providers for each training course, whose services shall be called upon as and when required. This framework agreement shall therefore be regarded as a "call off" contract. For each course, Service Providers will be ranked and training opportunities offered to the top-ranked Provider first, with the Provider given the opportunity to accept or decline. This PIN is to gauge market interest and to invite training providers to submit their interest in participating in this tender opportunity and provide an opportunity for tenderers to submit any information which they believe would be relevant to the framework i.e. brochures detailing the type of courses your company can provide, any changes to the market which may be relevant since the previous 2018 tender opportunity. We are happy to accept any and all information which potential tenderers are willing to share with us. We would ask that you engage with us and share any relevant information by Friday 9th of December at the latest. Interested parties are reminding that participation in this PIN exercise will not result in any preferential treatment once we reach open tender stage. Tenderers will be expected to submit a full bid once the opportunity to tender arises. Participation in this PIN does not count as a bid. The tender will be a separate PCS notice to this one and the process will be facilitated through PCS-Tender in December/January 2023.. We would ask that you engage with us and share any relevant information by Friday 9th of December at the latest. It is expected that the full tender will be released late December/January 2023.
