Angus Council are looking into the potential of engaging with a suitably experienced contractor to operate the recreational activities at West Links, Arbroath, (inc. toilets and the recently refurbished pavilion) on a seasonal basis - likely April - October. This would be a concession based arrangement whereby the successful candidate would not be paid by Angus Council but rather would be in a position to generate income via the operation of the site. A subsidy may be available to guarantee a min level of income for the appointed operator.. At this stage Angus are accessing its options regarding the operation of this popular recreational area in the seaside resort town of Arbroath. To support their decision making, the Council would like to ask operators / interested parties to provide information as per the attached document
