The Authority is seeking a Contractor for Website Services. This will include the design, build and hosting & maintenance of a new main college website. The college look to rebuild and redesign the current website. The current NCL website was built in 2016 and has since been transferred internally for hosting. In 2020, the site undertook a visual design change with an external supplier to support the first phase of the colleges new brand and positioning. The back end of the site has been built on Umbraco with various inputs from third party suppliers since its original creation. The new website should aim to increase traffic numbers to the website and enhance applications across all courses, whilst supporting commercial opportunities and business & community partnerships. This should be done through the re-design and development of a new high standard website that gives a compelling, engaging and informative experience for the user, based on research and analytics. There is a target for the website to go live in September 2023 and thereafter an Annual Support, Maintenance and Hosting agreement.

Renewal: Initial agreement for the website project: 8 months. The support and maintenance agreement initial period: 3 years with optional 2 x 12 month subject to satisfactory performance, value for money and continued College requirements. If awarded, hosting initial period: 3 years with optional 2 x 12 month subject to satisfactory performance, value for money and continued College requirements.
