Notice Description
The purpose of this ITT is to appoint a single supplier to deliver the interpretation and translation of the Business Support Partnership's (BSP) Target Operating Model (TOM) for Scotland into partner wide implementation plans and roadmaps with clear steps/plans/deliverables, through working collaboratively with the BSP Core Team and its partners to seek agreements to these proposals. There are two elements to this procurement, the technical architecture, and the non-technical architecture, as set out below, to Scottish Enterprise.

The purpose of this ITT is to appoint a single supplier to deliver the interpretation and translation of the Business Support Partnership's (BSP) Target Operating Model (TOM) for Scotland into partner wide implementation plans and roadmaps with clear steps/plans/deliverables, through working collaboratively with the BSP Core Team and its partners to seek agreements to these proposals. There are two elements to this procurement, the technical architecture, and the non-technical architecture, as set out below, to Scottish Enterprise.
Renewal: Scottish Enterprise will have the option to extend the contract for a further period of 3 months from 31 March 2023 (subject to further budget approval).
