Lot 1

The work comprises maintenance paintwork externally to doors, windows, soffits, fascias, render, cladding, gutters and downpipes, railings, clothes poles etc and internal painterwork to common close areas to houses and flats. The properties contained within the contract are located throughout numerous sites within the Castlemilk area of Glasgow. The works also include gutter cleaning to the properties.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Renewal: Option to extend the contract by a variable period not exceeding 24 months.
