Tool capabilities to include: - Image hosting and publication - Metadata management and discovery - Licencing - Payments and invoicing - Reporting This procurement was conducted through the direct call-off shortlisting process on the Crown Commercial Service G-Cloud 12 framework agreement (framework reference RM1557.12)
Options: In line with 72 - Modification of Contracts During their Term, of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015, this Contract may be modified without a new procurement procedure in accordance with this Part in some cases.
