Lot 1
The project is the Electrical Installation works associated with the electrical services rewire at St Serf's Primary School, Airdrie. The Electrical works consist of stripping existing systems and installing the following systems in accordance with the following sections of the Electrical Specification and Electrical Services Drawings: - Sub-Main Cabling - Cabling Systems - Containment System - Small Power - Lighting - Emergency Lighting - IT and Telephone Installation - Fire Alarm - Intruder Alarm System - Public Address - The Tenderer is advised to familiarize themselves with the construction relating to the Architectural drawings, types of roofs, floors, walls, ceilings etc. as the Tender costs quoted may be influenced by the building fabric/finishes. All works should be priced generally for a flush installation. Flush above new ceiling level and flush within new wall build up below ceiling level. Surface installation within plantroom. - The Works also comprise renewal of ceilings, redecoration, firestopping areas affected by the installations and removal of asbestos where required.
