Development of Gamification for eLearning
Notice Description
This project will cover a new contract for the provision of eLearning content specifically developed using game structured eLearning to initially cover core training subject matter. ScotRail has the capability to design and develop, eLearning courses through our Digital Learning Team. It has become apparent that our learning requirements have changed to reflect the technology available and the training needs of our employees. The Digital Learning Team have experience and skills to develop traditional eLearning content required by the business. However, the use of gamification as a learning tool is an area that ScotRail are looking to utilise moving forward. ScotRail are therefore, looking to engage the services of an organisation that has experience in the design, development, and delivery of gamified eLearning within the transport industry or those with experience in working with organisations comparable to the size and scale of ScotRail. Proven experience in the use of Unity as the gamification development tool is preferred but not mandatory. Experience in the development of content relevant to the above needs to be supported by a valid one page case study.
