Net Zero Feasibility Study for the development of a Climate Neutral Estate at SRUC's Barony Campus.

Lot 1
SRUC are looking to engage suitably qualified consultancy services to carry out technical feasibility studies to develop a pathway that enables SRUC to reduce its net emissions from the built environment/estate in order to meet its net zero trajectory as outlined in our Climate Change Action Plan 20-25. This includes design work specification and scope of services for the development of a holistic approach to building refurbishment, fabric improvements and low and zero carbon energy systems (LZC's) to achieve a climate neutral estate. SRUC wish to appoint a Project Lead and integrated multi-disciple design team (MDDT) to deliver our case for investment to meet out net zero target date of 2040.
