Black soldier fly genomics library preparation and sequencing to a target depth of 15X per haplotype of PE150 reads; assembly of informatics package and, if applicable, and depending upon the metrics and complexity of the genome, perform a TAD analysis on the genome, generated from the libraries. Delivery of the results files to the Customer electronically via secure FTP.
Procurement Information
This is the only company that can provide this service, combining as it does two very specialised techniques: PacBio HiFI de-novo long-read genome sequencing and Omni-C chromosome conformation capture. Other providers cannot offer both techniques or operate at this scale. Cantata has filed internationally for patent protection for the technologies involved.
