SDS currently support 11 modern apprentices in career development through the skills pipeline for CIAG. The next stage of this pipeline is to undertake the technical apprenticeship in career development (SVQ level 4) and once achieved will enable these individuals to progress on to study the post-graduate qualification in career development to become a qualified careers adviser.
