Home Fix Scotland are seeking to appoint a highly competent and experienced contractor to assist Home Fix Scotland in the completion of a package of High Access Repair Works to River Clyde Homes Housing Stock. River Clyde Homes is a 'not for profit' affordable housing provider that owns and manages over 5,800 homes and provides factoring services to a further 2,200 homes in the Inverclyde area. The works include: - Minor roofing works, - Gutters (clean & replace), - Downpipes (clean & replace), - Fascia, Soffits, Render repairs

Renewal: The backlog requires to be cleared by 1st June 2023. HFS may wish at its sole discretion to extend any resultant agreement following this date for up to a further two, twelve-month periods subject to the agreement of the successful bidder. This would be to undertake any ad-hoc joinery repairs that may arise.
