This tender process is for participation in the Contract for the provision of consultancy services to support Dumfries and Galloway Council (the Client) Project Team with a parking commission in the production of a new Regional Parking Strategy (RPS) for the Client's region, to address current issues and challenges the Council is facing with regards to parking control, management, and enforcement. The parking commission includes a requirement to consider Decriminalised Parking Enforcement (DPE) and for a Feasibility Study to be undertaken for a Council decision on whether to proceed to a DPE application to Transport Scotland.
Renewal: The Council will have an option to extend it for up to a further six-month period.
