Notice Description
1.1 The Authority is seeking a supplier for the Provision of a physical vapour deposition (PVD) system including nanoparticle deposition source (terminated gas condensation method). This requirement is being procured via two (2) Lot's. This will allow the opportunity to bid either Lot 1 - A PVD system configured for thin-film deposition that does not include a supplied nano-particle source. The system must be designed to be compatible with an existing nanoparticle source available within the University or Lot 2 - A complete integrated PVD system configured for both thin-film deposition and nano-particle film deposition. The system must include a fully integrated nano-particle source with the required operational and functional specifications
