Selection of a suitable Contractor with recent relevant experience (refer to SPD document) for bridge, footpath and car park constructions. It is anticipated that the top five Contractors will proceed to the ITT stage and must pass the pass/fail questions. Contract will be awarded to a single suitable Contractor following evaluation of the Tender Price and Quality Questionnaire submitted as part of this tender process.
