Moray Council wish to procure a contractor to deliver landscaping maintenance services to open spaces in and around its residential dwellings constructed since 2011 as part of the service offered to Council tenants. This will involve, but not limited to, grass cutting, hedge trimming, tree and shrub maintenance and play area maintenance where applicable.
