Crown Estate Scotland needs the services of a web developer to deliver the objectives stated in the ITT over an initial two-year period with options to extend for up to an additional two years

Lot 1

Migrate our corporate website from an existing, bespoke CMS to an industry-standard platform: - Review the current website structure, functionality, and user analytics - Identify changes which could be made to improve the user experience. - Develop two different, draft designs for a new website - Agree a new design for the website which incorporates user experience changes whilst retaining the best of the current site - Build and deploy the new site (including hosting) within three months of being awarded the contract - Set up Google Analytics for the new site and make access available to our three members of our Corporate Affairs team Maintain, support and develop our corporate website on an ongoing basis - Ensure the smooth running of the site throughout the contract period - Keep all necessary maintenance and patching of the site up to date - Ensure site remains fully compliant with Cyber Essentials Plus throughout the contract period - Maintain and support our Google Analytics setup on the site - Provide technical support and disaster recovery on a 24/7, 365-day basis - Make periodic changes to functionality as requested by Crown Estate Scotland

Options: The contract will run for an initial two year period from the date of signing the agreement, with the option to extend for up to two years at the sole discretion of Crown Estate Scotland and subject to satisfactory performance, available funding and strategic fit with the priorities of Crown Estate Scotland. Additional days to be procured against rate card.
