Provision of specialist software services and support to generate and analyse cattle plasmid libraries, to map genetic variants that directly alter the expression levels of genes. Mapping the precise location of regulatory variants will allow us to better pinpoint the variants driving differences in important human and cattle phenotypes, enabling downstream interventions such as genome editing in cattle and cell therapies in humans.
Procurement Information
The Service Provider has developed proprietary technology related to the specific requirements of this contract, and are the only company that offer these end-to-end genomic analysis services. The Service Provider will use biological material that we shall provide, to generate the plasmid libraries.
