Notice Description

New Gorbals Housing Association ("NGHA") seeks to appoint a suitably qualified supplier to develop and maintain a new company website.

Lot Information

Lot 1

NGHA is seeking an experienced company to supply and implement a new website that meets the business requirements described in the tender documents. We require a redesigned website to offer a simple and engaging user experience, which offers our tenants and residents a straightforward route to find the information they are looking for (such as a tenancy handbook) or complete a task easily (such as updating their details, reporting a repair etc). We also require the site to be hosted and maintained.

Options: Suppliers are invited to provide details of other products and services their organisation offers that may add value to our organisation now and in the future. Services which compliment the web design and maintenance project, such as online tenant portal, intranets etc may be procured at a later date.

Renewal: NGHA reserves the right to renew ongoing maintenance contracts on an annual basis following the end of the original contract
