Notice Title

Inner Forth Futures partnership website redesign, content migration and hosting

Notice Description

Due to the evolving work of the IFF partnership, and our new focus on the Climate FORTH programme from mid-2023, the current structure of the Inner Forth Landscape website is no longer best suited to meet our needs. We are also aware that Joomla! 3 will be sunsetting during 2023 and so migration to a new content management system is required. We therefore require a new website to be designed, built and hosted for us. We also require content from our existing website to be migrated to the new website. This will provide IFF with a modern, pro-active web presence that effectively represent our current work (Climate FORTH programme) and past work, and has the ability to visually segment information to stream our site visitors towards those pages of content of most relevance. You are invited to quote in competition with others to provide services as specified below. RSPB Scotland, on behalf of the Inner Forth Futures partnership (IFF), wishes to commission a website design agency to update and refresh the existing IFF website, building on the existing website structure and theme. This also includes: - Migration of c. 260 pages of content (including text, images, downloads & maps) from the existing IFF website to the new website. - Creation of new page templates and provision of suitable add-ins/widgets within a new structure to host information about our new Climate FORTH programme and its suite of 14 projects. - Provision of at least 12 months website hosting. - Provision of at least 12 months support and initial training in use of the content management system to allow IFF staff to make day-to-day updates to website content.

- Provision of at least 12 months support and initial training in use of the content management system to allow IFF staff to make day-to-day updates to website content.",
