Notice Description
COPFS are contracting the services of Morgan Sindall Construction & Infrastructure Ltd via direct award, under Scape Procure Scotland Ltd's (SCAPE) 'SCAPE Construction Framework - Scotland' (SPS003), Lot 1 - Lower GBP 0 - GBP 7.5m. Morgan Sindall will be required to complete a holistic low carbon refit of the building with the objective of significantly improving the thermal property of the building, and install a zero-carbon heat source.

Morgan Sindall will work alongside the COPFS Design Team and provide construction services at the Elgin office, including managing all third parties required to complete the works.. The Scottish Government have awarded COPFS a GBP 1.51m (ex. VAT) / GBP 1.81m (incl. VAT) Decarbonisation Grant in respect of the GBP 2.2m Elgin Zero Carbon Project.
Options: Extension in the event of programme delays.
