The Dual-Energy X-ray Absorptiometry Scanner (supplied by Vector Scientific Limited) includes a high resolution multi element ceramic digital detector array, high frequency X-ray generator, indexing scan table, motorised table and rotating C-arm, dynamic internal reference system for continous calibration, computer console, QDR Anthromorphic spine phantom, Apex productivity tools and small animal research package. The principal purpose of the contract is to acquire goods in connection with research undertaken by the University
