Notice Description

A IT application stack has been built to support EU Common Agricultural Policy which was reformed in 2016 by the Scottish Government: Agriculture and Rural Economy (ARE). This application distributes some PS650m in grants to the farming community in Scotland. We are looking to supplement our existing on-site team, based in Edinburgh, working with the client's IT staff in blended teams.This is a client facing role so good interpersonal and ability to collaborate and work with clients on a day to day basis is essential.The Cloud & Kubernetes Engineer will be working in a team to cover management, administration and monitoring of the AWS and OCP platform (in particular the JBoss stack including Fuse, EAP, PAM and DM) which supports both internal and external facing website and applications.
