            "performanceTerms": "In addition to the invoicing information, Tollcross Housing Association shall be entitled to establish such monitoring and budgetary arrangements in relation to the operation of the contract that reasonably may be deemed appropriate and your firm will be required to provide such assistance and co-operation for the effective operation of such arrangements. The successful firm will be required to avoid conflicts of interest to the satisfaction of the Tollcross Housing Association and during the term of the contract. If a successful firm does not deal with a conflict of interest to the satisfaction of Tollcross Housing Association, this will be deemed to be a fundamental breach of the contract and the Association shall be entitled to terminate the contract with immediate effect."
