Notice Description
The 14th Annual Meet the Buyer 2023 will take place on Wednesday 17th May 2023 at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC). Businesses will be able to meet procurement teams from local councils, alongside other public and private sector buying organisations, private contractors and business support organisations visit https://www.sdpscotland.co.uk/events-mtb / to see a full list of exhibitors. Bringing together buyers from the Scottish Councils, Government Departments, NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde, NHS Ayrshire and Arran, Scottish Fire and Rescue, Police Scotland, Advanced Procurement for Universities and Colleges (APUC), Transport Scotland, UK Department for Transport, Crown Commercial Services and many more, the event offers businesses the opportunity to speak directly to purchasers and decision-makers all under one roof. This unique opportunity will for the first time also offer access to UK national departments to connect Scottish Businesses with national contract opportunities. In addition, there will be large private contractors exhibiting, such as Balfour Beatty, Robertsons FM RJ Mcleod, Amey and Hub East Central Scotland who are keen to engage with new suppliers and promote their sub-contract opportunities.
