The requirement is to provide a Business Analysis Service to support RPID in their Continuous Improvement work and support ARP with their Business Analysis needs where there are critical gaps whilst seeking opportunities for utilising cloud based solutions.

This business analysis service will: - Work with subject matter experts to identify and quantify improvements to existing business processes and understand where cloud based services would provide improved performance for the service - Work with subject matter experts to detail business and digital process changes for implementing improvements in applications hosted in the cloud to improve performance of the service - Work with subject matter experts to create, document and cost the new business and digital processes needed to deliver the ARP outcomes - Support subject matter experts in ARP programme by facilitating planning and scoping of work - Work with partner organisations to ensure that the business and digital processes are effective and efficient between RPID and those organisations
