Notice Description
he University currently has 13 Illumina sequencing instruments maintained by Illumina service contract. The instruments are supporting various business units in their sequencing service delivering across the university, e.g. School of Biological Sciences, Biology facilities, Edinburgh Genomics, CMVM. Contract renewal is required to support the business continuity.

Contract renewal is required to support the business continuity.
Procurement Information
Illumina Cambridge Ltd is sole provider of qualified service engineers to service and maintain the equipment listed above. If no service contract is established with Illumina Cambridge Ltd then we cannot claim for the replacement of faulty reagents, as we cannot prove that it was not the fault of the equipment that has not been maintained or service correctly.
