To deliver this event for the safety of the riders the existing velodrome track damage and defects need to be fixed prior to the commencement of the event. There are immediate repair works needed to the apron and safety zone of the velodrome.. Under Regulation 6.(1)(b)(ii) of The Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016
