Lot Information
Lot 1
Zero Waste Scotland required the services of a suitably skilled and experienced supplier to design, develop and deliver the requirements of a phased experimental Project in an efficient and effective manner. The Project must include the following: - recruitment of a diverse sample of between two hundred and fifty (250) and three hundred (300) households from across the Fife local authority area. - distribution of supporting equipment free of charge to each participant household. - provision of such information, guidance and templates to those households as are considered necessary and appropriate. - delivery of an eight (8) week fieldwork study, including randomisation of participants into one of two experimental conditions. - collation and presentation of all data and information to the Client in an appropriate anonymised format. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
