Perth Museum - Catering Offer
Notice Description
Culture Perth and Kinross, in partnership with Perth and Kinross Council, wish to appoint a cafe franchise to occupy a purpose-built catering area within the new museum, providing our visitors and travel trade groups with an exceptional food and drink experience that will promote the best of local Scottish produce whilst supporting the museum's pursuit of a 5* rating from VisitScotland's Quality Assurance Scheme.

Lot 1
Culture Perth and Kinross, in partnership with Perth and Kinross Council, wish to appoint a cafe franchise to occupy a purpose-built catering area within the new museum, providing our visitors and travel trade groups with an exceptional food and drink experience that will promote the best of local Scottish produce whilst supporting the museum's pursuit of a 5* rating from VisitScotland's Quality Assurance Scheme.
Renewal: There may be an option for the Caterer to renew the concession at the end of the contract term at a revised licence fee and amendments to the conditions considered appropriate by Culture Perth and Kinross, and subject to the Caterer having observed and performed the various conditions set out in the agreement.
