Notice Description
Scottish Government review and comment on all business cases for City and Region Deals and Green Freeports Projects to ensure they are aligned with Scottish Government priorities and follow the HM Treasury Green Book guidance.Green Book guidance requires that carbon is accounted for. Scottish Government staff can review and comment on most instances but specialist knowledge and experience may be required to address technically complex issues related to carbon accounting and management. This requirement is to procure a Carbon Expert to give advice on technically complex issues that may arise.
