The framework is split into 8 Lots based on geographical location to cover Trust's Scotland-wide development portfolio including the Highlands, Borders and the Isle of Arran. The intention is for a single contractor to be appointed on each lot with the other ranked bidders retained as back-up options.

Renewal: Two additional 12-month periods. Total contract length inclusive of extension is 4 years (2+1+1)

Edinburgh, Midlothian, West Lothian and Scottish Borders
