Notice Description
SPT are seeking to replace 4no. DC protection relays at Eglington Street substation on the existing Whipp & Bourne MM74 DC Switchboard. Should any relays require to be replaced at any other SPT sub-station, SPT reserves the right to award the contract(s) to the successful bidder for this procurement exercise.

Lot 1
SPT are seeking to replace 4no. DC protection relays at Eglington Street substation on the existing Whipp & Bourne MM74 DC Switchboard. The scope includes: Supply and installation at site, testing and commissioning of new protection relays and associated wiring by others Development and implementation of an installation strategy to carry out the work with minimal disruption to the operational system Decommissioning and removal of the existing relays Applying of protection settings provided by SPT (see Appendix C for details of existing settings) Should any relays require to be replaced at any other SPT sub-station, SPT reserves the right to award the contract(s) to the successful bidder for this procurement exercise.
Options: Should there be a requirement of similar works at other SPT sub-stations, SPT reserves the right to award this contract or contractors to the successful tenderer for this procurement exercise.
