Notice Description

The Successful Bidder will be required to provide External Facade and Internal Window Cleaning Services using Specialist Rope Access to City of Glasgow College. In satisfying this requirement the Successful Bidder shall operate a fully managed Cleaning Service, which meets the requirements specified in this Scope of Requirements. In addition, the Successful Bidder is required to provide Internal Rope Access High-Level Cleaning together with the Internal Window Cleaning Service.

The Successful Bidder will be required to provide External Facade and Internal Window Cleaning Services using Specialist Rope Access to City of Glasgow College. In satisfying this requirement the Successful Bidder shall operate a fully managed Cleaning Service, which meets the requirements specified in this Scope of Requirements. In addition, the Successful Bidder is required to provide Internal Rope Access High-Level Cleaning together with the Internal Window Cleaning Service.

Renewal: This contract will be awarded for 3 year with the option to extend for 24 month subject to performance and budget. The renewal of this contract will either be in 3 or 5 years time.
