The University requires the development and delivery of a sister course to the 'Strategic Leadership in Training' course already designed, owned and delivered by 64 Million Artists. This new course will take the premise of the existing course (accelerating the development of research leaders) and deliver it in a more subject specific context and for specific groups (e.g. climate research). The knowledge we have built up from the existing course (defining the challenge, creating the interdisciplinary team, how to be an impactful leader, how to pitch your idea), will form the core of the new course with new specialist elements added. The IP to the original course is wholly owned by 64 million artists. This course is to serve as a specialised version.
