Variation No.1 - Extension - Secure Courier Services
Notice Description
COPFS currently has a contract for Secure Mail Delivery Services across all sites, with DX Group. Variation No.1 for Year 3 of the contract was approved in the original Award documents in 2021 however having reviewed this contract during a handover and in preparation for a collaborative tender with Scottish Government, it should be noted that the scope of work was fundamentally changed (it did not impact any terms and conditions) to provide a cost saving of c.GBP 12k per annum. As per best practice, an Award notice has been issued for the extension period.
