This contract is for the annual servicing/inspection and the repair and maintenance of all electric profiling beds (EPBs) in-line with the manufacturer's instructions within Residential/Day Services (Older People) covering all Fife Care Homes. The proposed contract is for the servicing/inspection, testing, repair and maintenance of approximately 337 electric profiling beds in various Care Home locations throughout Fife. Full details are listed within the specification. Please be aware that this specification may not be exhaustive and has been created to allow for a fair and transparent evaluation. Tenderers have been asked to provide a method statement within their submissions which will detail the Tenderers own specification and description of proposed work in conjunction with the following requirements.

Options: Fife Council may require additional purchases under this contract which have not been specifically detailed in the "specification" however any additional purchases will be in full accordance with the requirements of Regulation 72 of the Public Contract (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Renewal: optional extension of 2 x 12 month periods
