Notice Description
North Ayrshire Council ("NAC") have appointed a contractor to carry out planned maintenance and provide an emergency call-out service for the inspection and servicing of water mist fire suppression systems within domestic properties and Sheltered Housing Units within the boundaries of North Ayrshire Council, statutory 12 monthly inspections and reactive maintenance as required and the replacement of equipment as a result of damage or misuse etc. to maintain fire suppression integrity to protect NAC assets and tenant safety.
