Notice Description
The scope of the project is to provide an in-depth report that details information about the energy sector and in particular the trading activities of those companies who are actively involved in, or are considering transitioning to, renewables and/or low carbon. To do this, we would like to appoint a supplier who has substantial knowledge within the energy industry and has extensive research capabilities, with a far reaching network and, access to a large database of Scottish energy supply chain companies. The contract is expected to start in September for an initial period of 12 months with the option to extend for a further 2 x 12 months if required.

The scope of the project is to provide an in-depth report that details information about the energy sector and in particular the trading activities of those companies who are actively involved in, or are considering transitioning to, renewables and/or low carbon. To do this, we would like to appoint a supplier who has substantial knowledge within the energy industry and has extensive research capabilities, with a far reaching network and, access to a large database of Scottish energy supply chain companies. The contract is expected to start in September for an initial period of 12 months with the option to extend for a further 2 x 12 months if required.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
