It will enable collaboration between those assets and help to enhance Scotland's international hydrogen innovation reputation by displaying all that we have to offer in one place through an online portal and in person resource. It will also provide additional personnel resource to boost industry engagement. The contract is expected to start in October 2023 for a period of 3 years.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
