The Autonomous Four-Legged Research Platform (ANYmal gen D) is supplied by supplier ANYbotics and currently has no comparators in the market at present. The robot is the only on system that is ATEX certified with capabilities particularly related to key sectors that the National Robotarium is focused on developing - Offshore asset maintenance and inspection, defence and agriculture. This purchase provides the National Robotarium an opportunity to be at the leading edge of technology adoption.
