Lot 1

Provide a callout service to respond to any derailment. 24-hour support is required as non-passenger hours will be used for new fleet testing. Supplier is to specify response times. Undertake the re-railing of a SPT Unit / Locomotive / Wagon in accordance with an agreed method statement developed by the Contractor and agreed by SPT. Provide SPT with Risk Assessments and Method Statements for foreseeable re-railing scenarios and the different infrastructure areas of the SPT system, in a manner which is safe and minimises any further consequential damage to SPT equipment or infrastructure. Provide an equipment list of planned tooling for use within the SPT infrastructure. Ensure all required tooling and equipment remain available for the duration of the support contract. Ensure sufficient staff are trained and competent in the re-railing of the Stadler vehicle for the duration of the support contact
