The service includes: 1. Basic independent check/review of the Client's Stage 1 and 2 documents. 2. Provision of the following Stage 3 work within all operational and closed cemeteries in the local government area of East Dunbartonshire: 2.1 Safety inspections and surveys of all memorials prioritised according to risk. 2.2 Survey work according to the relevant standards with clear records and reports of assessment, categorisation, recommendation, future monitoring, and photographic evidence.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
